Reservations

For the past few years we’ve had to stop accepting clients over the winter months because we are just so busy.  The summers are a different story as dogs go off on vacation or kids are home from school to hang out with them.  Regardless of the time of year your dog does need a reservation to come to daycare.  The farther you book in advance the better your odds are of getting in on the days of your choice.  We do keep a waiting list for all the days when we are full so when dogs cancel, we can offer their spot to a dog on the waiting list.

The best way to request a reservation is through our “Customer Portal“. You’ll need to get you and your dog signed up (if you aren’t already) and then simply go to “My Reservations” and  “Request Services”.  We’ll then be able to send you a text or email in reply and let you know if we have an opening for when you want, or if we’ve had to put you on the waiting list.  You can also email us at pawsontherun1@gmail.com or give us a call at 403-394-7780 to discuss your schedule.

Many of our clients have a “permanent spot”, i.e. their dog is scheduled to come every Friday, which is why we are full for specific dates even months in advance.  If you do end up with a permanent spot, we just ask that you please remember to let us know if you have a change in plans so that we can contact a dog on the waiting list.  Please see our Cancellation Policy for more information.
